Military, Law Enforcement and First Responders are welcome to come to the shop anytime Mon-Fri 9:30-5:00.

All others by appointment only.  

Our current turnaround time is 4 weeks. 

Your appointment needs to be at least this many days in advance of your "need by" date.  If you cannot keep your appointment, please cancel online, call or text at least 24 hours in advance so that the appointment time is available to others.  "No Shows" will not be accommodated for future work.

You may pick up completed items Monday-Friday 9:30-5:00.  No appointment needed.  Finished work will be held for 30 days after notification, and  if not picked up will be donated to charity or otherwise disposed of.

We do not work on heavily beaded or lace appliqued gowns, leather, fur, items containing down or feathers, tents, luggage, upholstered items, most backpacks, and fragile vintage items.  All items brought to the shop must be new/never worn, or freshly laundered/ drycleaned. All jeans should be washed before measuring for hemming, because of the likelihood of shrinkage. We cannot work on items contaminated with blood, animal hair, bodily fluids, makeup, chemicals, smoke, tar, dirt, sweat, oils--you get the idea--these things are not good for the sewist, the sewing machines, or other peoples' belongings. 

Do not bring your pets to the shop.

For garment fittings, bring with you the shoes, belt and undergarments/foundation you plan to wear,  to achieve an accurate fit.
