Most Services are billed at $40/ Hour + Cost of Materials. All hourly rates are charged in 15-minute intervals.  Bridal gown alterations are billed at $60 per hour.  Military and Law Enforcement receive a 25% discount.

        A minimum charge of $15 per garment may be assessed at shop discretion. 

       Additional fees may apply for very large/bulky items, items  that require special handling, or items deemed too dirty to work on.  

      Representative charges are shown below, but these prices can vary by individual project. 

       Expedited orders (anything requested earlier than standard turnaround) require a rush fee of $30 per garment  payable at time of dropoff.

Cost includes first fitting. Additional fittings are $20 each, at shop discretion.

We always have a variety of sizes and colors available in the shop, or you can provide yarn for a pair of custom socks.  Our socks are  non-binding, easy-on, easy-off!

We can make socks for any size foot or leg length, including kilt hose to complement your tartan.  These wool socks make great gifts for hunters, hikers, walkers, children, and adults.  Whether you wear them outdoors or in, your feet will stay cool in summer and warm in winter. 

Most of our socks are 75% wool/25% nylon (for durability).   "Sock weight" or "lace weight" yarns are preferred for custom orders.  

We recommend Stix Yarn Company  as a local source for sock yarn.  For Montana-made 100% wool yarn we recommend  The Wool Mill  .
